ASPEQ Heating Group, a division of SPX Technologies, is growing and actively hiring dependable individuals for multiple entry-level production openings at our Monroe City manufacturing facility. We are looking for motivated candidates who are ready to build a long-term career in manufacturing with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance.

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations by assembling components, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient factory environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in manufacturing and develop valuable mechanical and warehouse skills. Duties

  • Assist with assembly line tasks, including the use of hand tools and power tools to assemble products accurately and efficiently
  • Measure, cut, and tack-weld materials where required
  • Perform hydro and electrical tests, ensuring performance and safety standards
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods; document using packing slips and freight logs
  • Prepare finished products for shipment, including weighing and crating
  • Maintain shipping records (bills of lading, UPS/FedEx online systems)
  • Support inventory and stockroom organization
  • Follow safety protocols diligently while handling machinery, tools, and materials
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes

Experience

  • Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or assembly line work is a plus
  • Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for understanding equipment operation and troubleshooting
  • Prior soldering, brazing, or wiring experience is a plus (certification not required but beneficial)
  • Warehouse experience or forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and safety standards

Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00pm–2:30am (Additional $5/hour shift premium)
  • Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5:00am–5:30pm
