Job description

Ethos Group Compliance Solutions (EGCS) partners with businesses to help identify compliance vulnerabilities and provide practical solutions that support day-to-day operations, employees, and customers. Our comprehensive compliance program, including solutions for Human Resources, Consumer Protection, Safety, and Cyber Compliance, is designed to help businesses safeguard their interests and support their employees in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

The Client Product Specialist is an entry-level, client-facing role for someone who is organized, professional, and interested in growing within the compliance field. In this position, you will support assigned clients by conducting on-site audits, documenting observations, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting with follow-up and training. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience with compliance programs while developing client service, process improvement, and regulatory support skills.

Our organization thrives on the commitment and drive of self-motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service. We are looking for like-minded professionals to join us in our mission to provide the best products and services in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support & Relationship Building: Serve as a reliable point of contact for assigned clients, helping answer questions, provide support, and build positive working relationships.

  • Training & Presentations: Develop and deliver compliance-related training and presentations to client teams and internal partners.
  • Process Support: Assist clients with implementing compliance processes and best practices while helping ensure follow-up items are completed timely and accurately.
  • Issue Identification & Follow-Up: Work with clients and internal team members to identify concerns, gather information, and help coordinate solutions.
  • Project & Resource Support: Support projects by conducting research, organizing resources, and helping create materials that assist clients with compliance expectations.
  • Client Solution Awareness: As experience is gained, recognize opportunities to introduce clients to appropriate compliance solutions, resources, or services that may provide additional value and support.

Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: One to two years of customer service, operations, HR, training, dealership, or compliance-related experience is preferred.
  • Interest in Compliance: Willingness to learn about client compliance programs, business risk, internal processes, and regulatory expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: Ability to build positive relationships, listen to client needs, and provide helpful support.
  • Organization & Follow-Through: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized while traveling and working independently.
  • Self-Motivation: Comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, asking questions, and continuing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software applications.

Education & Additional Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Travel: Ability to travel weekly to client locations for on-site assessments, training, and follow-up support. Overnight travel required based on client location and business needs.
  • Location: Based in Chicago, IL.
  • Training: Initial in-person training will take place at our corporate office in Irving, TX.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work Culture: Dynamic, fast-paced team where self-motivation, dedication, and a commitment to excellent client service drive success.
