Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Canandaigua, NY location. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Service Technician.

Summary:

For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Isaac is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 35,000 clients a year. Responsibilities:
  • Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
  • Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
  • Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
  • Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
  • Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
  • Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
  • Experience and/or coursework in HVAC preferred
  • OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
