As a Project Engineer in our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program, you will gain critical construction skills through in‑field learning and development. Core competencies include:

About the Team

This position will support the VSL Dallas team long term and will initially be positioned on the Simon Kenton Bridge repair project. Dallas' primary market is post‑tensioning solutions, with an emphasis on strengthening and repairing parking structures and heavy civil bridge work.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field)
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
