Job Description Job Title: Project Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing) Location: Dallas, Texas Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering design, and construction. This individual will oversee various engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Conduct technical analysis and prepare detailed reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues that arise during construction Provide technical support and guidance to team members Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Proven experience in project management and engineering Proficiency in engineering software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team PMP certification is a plus What We Are Looking For: Hands-on project management experience in commercial, heavy industrial, mission critical construction projects Experience managing projects lasting a year or more Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical), Building Construction, or Construction Engineering Management Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Excel and project management software Knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, accounting, cost forecasting, and resource coordination Ability to deal diplomatically with internal and external customers (owners, GCs, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, draftsmen) Knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, engineering standards, and codes Why Join.
