ServiceNow SecOps Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Project Manager to lead and manage Security Operations (SecOps) initiatives and ServiceNow platform implementations for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of ServiceNow Security Operations, cybersecurity processes, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, managing cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality delivery, and aligning SecOps solutions with business and security objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow SecOps projects, ensuring successful implementation within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Manage project governance, milestone tracking, and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Facilitate project workshops, stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and status discussions.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
ServiceNow SecOps Management
• Oversee implementation and enhancement of:
o Security Incident Response (SIR)
o Vulnerability Response (VR)
o Threat Intelligence
o Configuration Compliance
• Ensure ServiceNow SecOps solutions align with cybersecurity policies and business requirements.
• Coordinate integration activities with security tools such as:
o Qualys
o Tenable
o Rapid7
o CrowdStrike
o Splunk
o Microsoft Defender
• Partner with security teams to improve operational efficiency through automation.
Stakeholder & Team Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Manage onsite and offshore project teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and QA teams.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
• Drive stakeholder communications and manage project expectations effectively.
Risk & Quality Management
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational go vernance and security standards.
• Conduct project health checks and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through established project management frameworks and best practices.
Salary Range- $90,000-$120,000 a year
