CONCRETE FIELD TECHNICIAN

L.M.C. Materials Testing we are leaders in the concrete testing industry, with an available opportunity for an entry level position. We are offering a sign $500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

  • ACI 1 Certification
  • High School Diploma
  • Visit various job sites in the 5 boroughs to perform controlled concrete inspections during the placement of concrete.
  • Working knowledge of the principles and terminology in the Construction Inspection Industry.
  • Prior work experience in the Construction Inspection Industry (with references) a plus.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Weekend Availability if necessary.

Qualifications: * Must be in good shape and able to lift 50-100 pounds repetitively.

  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Knowledgeable and able to read plans and specifications.
  • Must be a team player and work well with others.
  • Organization skills
  • Flexible work hours as requested
  • Must be punctual
