Job description

Job Summary:
Rochester Regional Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Sys Analyst/Programmer. The role involves analyzing, designing, programming, testing, and implementing computer systems and programs while collaborating with user departments to fulfill their needs.
Responsibilities:
• Assists in the development and installation of in-house developed software.
• Assists in the installation of commercially developed software and its integration into other RGH systems.
• Assists in the evaluation of hardware and software products for possible purchase or lease by the hospital.
• Assists in the maintenance of all application software that is the responsibility of the Information Services Department.
• Maintains an appropriate level of computer expertise.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred:
• 1 year of previous experience with programming experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
