Job Description

IDS is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst OT I to support Operational Technology (OT) environments and associated networked systems. The selected candidate will assist with the analysis, administration, and maintenance of systems supporting training and operational requirements. This role requires experience working with OT systems, networking technologies, and Windows and Linux operating environments. The ideal candidate will support a variety of technologies and devices commonly found within modern operational and industrial environments, including ICS/SCADA, IoT, RF, and integrated sensor systems.

Key Duties
  • Support the operation and maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) systems and networks.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system and network performance issues.
  • Assist with administration of Windows enterprise and Linux server operating systems.
  • Support integration and operation of ICS/SCADA, IoT, RF, and camera systems.
  • Monitor system performance and assist with infrastructure maintenance activities.
  • Support configuration and documentation of operational technology environments.
  • Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to support mission, training, and operational objectives.
  • Maintain technical documentation and system records.
  • Support secure and reliable operation of OT and networked systems.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with computer systems, Operational Technology, and networking.
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows enterprise and Linux server operating systems engineering and administration.
  • Demonstrated experience with a wide variety of technologies including camera systems, ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF devices.

Physical Requirements

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
