In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure successful system implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support. You'll play an important role in improving processes, gathering requirements, managing projects, developing reports and forms, and ensuring technology solutions meet organizational needs.


What You'll Do

Analyze & Improve Business Processes

  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve business processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives through process improvement and automation opportunities.

Gather & Manage Requirements

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and user requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Support Project Execution

  • Serve as the communication bridge between stakeholders, software developers, and third-party vendors.
  • Track project progress, communicate updates, and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Ensure Quality & System Integrity

  • Conduct testing to validate functionality, usability, reliability, integration, and performance.
  • Document testing activities and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management procedures to maintain system integrity.

System Administration & Reporting

  • Administer assigned systems and maintain user access, configurations, and system settings.
  • Develop and maintain reports and forms to support business operations.
  • Assist stakeholders with report requirements, design, testing, and implementation.

Technology & Innovation

  • Review system releases and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through new features and automation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and technologies.
  • Stay informed on system capabilities and emerging technology trends.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in systems analysis, business analysis, system administration, project support, or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
