Position Overview

The CAD/CAM Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support and maintenance for all aspects of CAD/CAM systems, including installation, training, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support for dental milling machines, CAM software, dental scanners, and CAD software.
  • Coordinate equipment installations and conduct training sessions for customers to ensure proper usage.
