MPI is located in Deerfield WI, and we are focused in the automotive and industrial markets with customer such as Ford, GM, and John Deere. As a tier one supplier, we are dedicated to producing high quality products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental health. MPI is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Machine Operators. We are proud to offer an excellent work environment where you are encouraged to grow, learn, and succeed. At MPI, we value initiative, teamwork, and a positive attitude. If you are dependable, eager to learn, and looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and advance into a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.

What we can offer you:

  • Starting wage of $17.00 per hour
  • Second shift premium of $1.10, OT shift premium of $1.65
  • Straight shifts, Monday thru Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:30
  • Two weeks vacation immediately.
  • Attendance bonus program which earns time off.
  • Medical, dental, vision insurance first of the month after 30-days.
  • 10 Holidays.
  • 401k first of the month after 60-day, company match vested on day one.
  • $200 yearly for safety glass and safety shoes.
  • 100% financial support to grow within an Apprenticeship Program in the skilled trades.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work from a height of 35 ft.
  • Ability to distinguish colors (can not be color blind)

  • Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the work day
  • Ability to lift and carry 30lbs.
  • Dexterity in both hands
