Entry-Level CAD Drafter Weston, WI | Full-Time | 1st Shift | Direct Hire

Looking to start or grow your drafting career?

If you have experience using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks and enjoy turning ideas into detailed drawings, we'd love to meet you! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company where you'll continue building your CAD skills while working alongside an experienced team.

Whether you're a recent technical college graduate or have a few years of drafting experience, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do
  • Create and update 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Modify existing drawings based on customer and production needs
  • Read and interpret basic prints, sketches, and specifications
  • Work with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate drawings
  • Organize and maintain drawing files and revisions
  • Assist with documentation and other drafting-related projects as needed
