Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Relocation Search Specialist with a leader in temporary housing solutions, known for helping displaced renters and homeowners find shelter after natural disasters. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a compassionate mission within a collaborative team environment, and it is an immediate need to start within the next two weeks in St. Charles, IL.
The Relocation Search Specialist will be an integral part of our client's team, managing property searches, vendor communication, and progress tracking to support clients in urgent housing needs. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on service excellence and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
  • Search for rental properties that match the criteria of policyholders for temporary housing using search tools such as Zillow.
  • Follow up with landlords to negotiate leases and gather additional details on properties and lease terms.
  • Maintain monthly tracking spreadsheets and update the shared database daily to monitor progress.
  • Communicate detailed and accurate property information to teammates effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between parties involved in the property sourcing process to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of job-related experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
