Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing membership cancellations, managing member files, and handling various financial tasks using Oracle and QuickBooks. Responsibilities
- Process membership cancellation requests in Oracle, SFDC, and update the cancellation tracker within specified timelines.
- Maintain member files in shared drives.
- Process agreement changes in SalesOptima, SFDC, and Oracle.
- Handle FBC+ cancellation requests.
- Address member inquiries related to cancellations, billings, and refunds.
- Process member refunds with a focus on accuracy.
- Participate actively in team activities.
Essential Skills
- 1 year of experience in general accounting using QuickBooks or Oracle.
- Proficient in problem-solving and basic accounting principles.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet established deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a dynamic business environment and adapt to change.
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
Work Environment
The work schedule is hybrid, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday. The work hours are from 8 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm, depending on your lunch schedule. Join a diverse team where collaboration and adaptability are highly valued.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
