PrimaryOne Health is currently seekingan IT Specialist for our East 17th Ave. health center.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests.
  • Communicate with staff to understand and resolve technology problems, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate triage of support requests.
  • Manage accurate records or reports as needed.
  • Travel to and from health centers as needed for support projects.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to servers, networking, peripherals, thin clients, workstations, laptops, a/v equipment, MS Office applications, various MS Windows O/S, and other common business applications such as anti-virus or Adobe apps.
  • Support telecommunications devices (analog, digital, IP and cellular) up to and including configuration of devices on CIX phone system software.
  • Support company health technology systems by performing assigned scheduled maintenance and checks of company health technology systems.
  • Responsible for managing user access and permissions.
  • Complete basic IT projects as assigned such as wiring installation, AV for events, or evaluating products.
  • Carry a company cell phone and respond to emergency situations that may require before hours or after hours' time commitments on little or no notice
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree in computer related field preferred, and minimum four years' experience in a help desk environment.
