Our client is looking to hire on an IT Administrator to join their team! Our client is a company here in Columbus that is set to experience HUGE growth over the next 10 years. They are a US based company that specializes in the manufacturing of products for the medical and research industries, and the growth potential is there for any individual looking to join their team and make a difference.
The IT Administrator is responsible for overseeing, setting up, managing, and troubleshooting the technology systems that a business uses to maintain computer and software networks. Their duties include responding to hardware problems, updating system software, and tracking the data and communications used on their network.
Responsibilities:
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measures
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance with requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
- Standardizes best practices to ensure we have a cohesive approach to our IT strategy
- Leads implementation of connectivity best practices that will lead our Teams to be more productive and effective
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years" experience in IT
- Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Hardware, software, printer, and network troubleshooting
- User onboarding/off boarding and account administration
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation
- Willing to work 100% onsite
