Job description

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide support for operating systems, productivity software, and other business applications.
  • Educate users on best practices and provide guidance on IT-related matters.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

ย 

  • Proven experience as IT support or in a similar role preferred but not critical.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network and system administration principles.
  • Experience with troubleshooting common IT issues (hardware, software, and network).
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required for maintenance or urgent support issues.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.

Work Requirements

Each employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office setting.ย  To maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and other protected) information, an essential function of this job may require physical attendance in a defined office space. (i.e corporate office location).ย  Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. The ability to work extended hours may be required.
