Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Security Specialist to join our team. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge in CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and troubleshooting security systems. The right candidate will demonstrate basic skills with a hands on interview.
Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems including CCTV, Fiber optics, Data networks and access control systems
  • Respond to service tickets in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the customer and management to bring issues to a close
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and programming
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Security Technician or a similar role
  • Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, computer hardware, hand tools, telecommunication systems, computer networking, cabling, and mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to detect potential security risks and take appropriate actions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
