Grafana Elastic Pipelines Elastic APM Opsramp Cloud (AWS/Azure) K8's Participate in complex projects and design new implementations as required to support new business initiatives. Ensure every step of a new transaction has proper logging to provide accurate reporting. Engage closely with application development teams, provide project-specific requirements to development teams for every project/release relative to logging, monitoring & alerting. Ensure alerts contain standardized payload as defined in the SRE procedures.

Work closely with Level2 and Level3 to ensure all process changes are reflected in existing dashboards in use by the EMC. Ensure proper alert thresholds are maintained. Create and maintain dashboards for the EMC and other OMF Teams as requested. Validate CMDB information being feed to BigPanda is current and accurate. Develop and maintain validation scripts executed by the team. Actively identify new learning opportunities for self and team. Use newly gained knowledge on the job.
