Job Description

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SRE foundations, reliability engineering practices, and service operations and a proven ability to establish SRE from the ground up, define and maintain SLIs/SLOs, and drive reliability outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Stand up SRE practices including CUJ definition, SLI/SLO design, and error budgets.
  • Lead blameless postmortems and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Create and maintain NALSD and reliability runbooks for services.
  • Build tooling and automations using a programming language of choice to improve reliability.
  • Run role-playing incident scenarios and readiness exercises.
  • Partner with development and DevOps teams to align on reliability goals and customer experience.
  • Communicate status, risks, and reliability narratives to business stakeholders with confidence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and scripting for automation.
  • Hands-on SRE experience establishing SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and CUJs.
  • Experience conducting blameless postmortems and implementing reliability improvements.
  • Knowledge of NALSD and operational documentation practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present positions to business stakeholders.
  • Background in software development or DevOps.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience shaping SRE culture and greenfield reliability programs.
  • Agile delivery experience as a developer or reliability engineer.
