Are you a manufacturing expert ready to take your CNC machining skills to the next level? Join a leading, well-established company known for decades of excellence in precision machining. We offer advanced training, ongoing professional development, and a rewarding compensation package for the right candidate. If you thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment and want to make a tangible impact, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do:
  • Tackle complex engineering and manufacturing challenges by developing and implementing advanced machining solutions.
  • Partner with operators, technicians, and suppliers to analyze processes and drive innovative improvements.
  • Advance production efficiency by increasing machining productivity and reducing non-value-added activities.
  • Lead and apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to optimize quality and workflow.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input and recommend and implement changes for company-wide manufacturing efficiency.
  • Develop, design, and source tooling and fixtures for new products and manufacturing needs.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
  • Document new processes and engineering procedures, sharing your specialized knowledge to elevate the whole team.
  • Contribute to project teams, represent the company on high-profile projects, and help mentor entry-level engineers.
  • Meet critical schedules and uphold rigorous quality standards.

What You Bring:
  • Hands-on experience with CNC turning and milling programming, and a strong track record of machining success.
  • Experience working with tight tolerances, g-code programming, blueprint reading, and (preferably) aerospace manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Ability to develop process documentation and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Partsmaker, Featurecam, MasterCam) highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Seiki, and OSP is a plus.
  • Technical and practical approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Effective mentorship and peer communication skills.
  • A formal engineering degree is advantageous but not required—practical machining experience is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in English required.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $85,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits including:
    • 401(k)
    • Health, dental, and vision insurance
    • Health savings account
    • Life insurance
    • Paid time off
  • Consistent Monday to Friday schedule (8-hour shift)
  • Supportive, dynamic team environment focused on growth and innovation
