Job description

Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires one year of experience, or a Master's degree. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a systems engineer for the Strategic Weapons Control portfolio, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing and maintaining a unique data processing system supporting the existing and next-generation strategic submarine fleet.

  • Knowledge of, or experience working with, data encryption systems and cybersecurity practices
  • Experience implementing systems engineering practices or knowledge and training with INCOSE
  • Degrees pertaining to Computer Engineering disciplines: Software Development, Hardware and Software Integration
  • Experience with testing documentation development, test execution, and test results reporting
