Overview

The TCT Execution Analyst is responsible for tracking the real-time movement of shipments, vehicles, and assets using available visibility and tracking technologies. This role monitors key performance indicators, identifies delays or disruptions, and partners with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to coordinate corrective actions and minimize service impacts. As the focal point for shipment status within the Trip Build process, the analyst provides timely and accurate updates to support clear communication and effective issue resolution.

Total Compensation: $49,000 - $79,870


Responsibilities
  • Ensure Quality of Tracking Data
  • Continuously track "Actuals" of all Track Events
  • Monitor "Milestones" of selected Track Events
  • Identify "Alerts" and resolve Shipment issues, such as delays, of selected "Milestones"
  • Serve as a liaison between TCT and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and issue resolution
  • Leverage advanced Visibility technologies to enhance tracking and tracing capabilities
  • Escalate issues according to standard operating procedure

  • 0-1 year experience in an industry working in transport area (Entry level)
