Job description

We are seeking a motivated Community Outreach Representative to join our growing team supporting nonprofit and community-based initiatives. This role is focused on building strong public relationships, increasing community engagement, and supporting mission-driven outreach programs that create real local impact.

You will play a key role in representing charitable organizations at community events, strengthening partnerships, and helping expand outreach efforts through direct engagement and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach initiatives and events
  • Participate in public engagement activities to increase awareness of nonprofit programs
  • Support ongoing outreach campaigns and employee engagement programs
  • Engage directly with community members in public settings to promote programs and services
  • Assist in developing outreach strategies to strengthen community partnerships
  • Support outreach efforts before, during, and after events and services
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to ensure consistent messaging and execution
  • Assist in managing outreach initiatives across multiple regions when needed
