Job Summary:

Our Entry Level Client Communications Specialist position is both challenging and exciting. We are offering this position to an outstanding candidate who is motivated to join one of today’s most prestigious and advanced companies!

Shift Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description:

  • Be the front-line communication for Imagine.

  • Become proficient in Imagine systems.

  • Communicate with customer through various channels.

  • Coordinate with multiple departments.

  • Process customer/internal orders and requests.

  • Utilize resources to research and provide resolution against various challenges and customer concerns.

  • Provide feedback on customer service processes to support best practices, maintaining overall efficiency.

  • Interact daily with our Account Management / Operational Teams

  • Manage low to mid-level customer accounts keeping all training documentation up to date

  • Set our Logistics Team up for success, providing parameters for order direction and packing requirements.

  • Generate reports pertaining to inventory, shipment tracking, and order history.

  • Consistently model 5S – safety

  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

  • 1- 2 years' experience in Customer Service.

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Pay Statement

The national pay range for this role is listed below. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
