Your role as a Title Officer

As a Title Officer at Cottonwood Title, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of real estate transactions, from subdivisions to metes and bounds properties to commercial searches. One of the unique aspects of this role is that title officers are not required to type their searches, allowing them to focus on their expertise in real estate transactions. Our team of typists ensures accurate documentation, while our dedicated proofing team reviews commitments and searches for quality assurance. In addition to conducting thorough title searches, title officers play a vital role in collaborating with escrow officers and assistants to address inquiries and resolve any title-related issues. Furthermore, as a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor and train newer title officers and assistants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the organization.

Requirements for this Title Officer job
