Full-time position - Temp to Perm!

Immediate HIRE!

Hours - 8:30-5:30 (1 hour lunch)

Job Location - Riverdale, NJ (will train in Englewood NJ at Corporate Headquarters)

$21.00 per hour

Excellent opportunity for someone eager to begin their career in business and work in an office environment setting. On the job training! If you are looking to be part of a team and gain office and business experience, we would love to talk to you!

The ideal candidate must be accurate with data entry, have good computer skills, good aptitude with numbers, analytical skills, have excellent attention to details, strong communication skills - verbal and written - and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's or associate degree a plus or relevant work experience. Recent Grads and those attending college nights/remote/PT welcome to apply!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Monitor business performance metrics and assist with operational analysis
  • Communicate with vendors, service partners, and customers to resolve questions and escalations
  • Process customer refunds, credit card chargebacks, and dispute resolutions
  • Submit, track, reconcile, and audit claims for accuracy
  • Assist with profit and loss calculations and financial reporting
  • Prepare recurring operational and management reports
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help identify efficiencies
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree or 1-2 years of related experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work comfortably with data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
