About The Position

We are seeking high-energy, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Pre-30 Collections Specialists. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping customers find solutions. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibilities and grow within their previous roles.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations.
  • Professional, tactful, and empathetic approach when interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including overtime as needed.
