Position Summary

The Validation Engineer and CQV Associate supports validation documentation, data collection, and quality system activities in Medivantโ€™s sterile injectable facility. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates seeking hands-on cGMP and aseptic processing experience.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Assist in execution of media fill studies and documentation.

โ€ข Support area qualification and environmental monitoring tasks.

โ€ข Help draft IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and assist execution.

โ€ข Collect data for HVAC, WFI, and compressed air validation.

โ€ข Assist in cleaning validation logs and sample documentation.

โ€ข Participate in process validation protocol preparation.

โ€ข Support change control documentation.

โ€ข Assist in deviation data collection and preliminary reports.

โ€ข Track CAPA activities and closure evidence.

โ€ข Ensure cGMP compliance in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Required:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related field.

โ€ข 2-3 years of relevant experience is required

โ€ข Understanding of aseptic and sterile processing.

โ€ข Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred:

โ€ข Experience in sterile manufacturing or validation support.

โ€ข Knowledge of QMS processes and cGMP environments.

Employment Details
