Job description

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, licensed, and proven Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing agency. This is not an entry-level insurance sales position. We are looking for an established producer who has a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and is ready to perform at a high level from day one.

For the right Insurance Sales Representative, we are willing to offer a significantly higher base salary plus a strong commission structure. With that level of compensation comes a high level of expectation. This position is designed for a producer who has already proven they can sell, compete, close, and consistently generate results.

Benefits
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Life Insurance
  • Mon-Fri Schedule
  • Career Growth Opportunities
Responsibilities
  1. Consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly new-business production goals
  2. Manage a high volume of leads, outbound calls, follow-ups, quotes, and sales opportunities
  3. Sell based on value, coverage, and customer needs—not simply price
  4. Effectively cross-sell and package multiple insurance products
  5. Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management within our CRM
  6. Follow the agency's established sales process, scripts, workflows, and accountability standards
  7. Maintain strong close rates and maximize opportunities from every lead
  8. Take ownership of individual production results and continually look for ways to improve performance
Requirements
  1. Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  2. Proven track record of high-level personal lines insurance production
  3. Ability to provide specific, verifiable examples of previous production and sales performance
  4. Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
  5. Strong closing, objection-handling, and telephone sales skills
  6. Experience selling auto, home, and other personal lines insurance products
  7. Highly competitive, self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  8. Comfortable working in an environment with ambitious production expectations and strong accountability
  9. Coachable and willing to follow an established sales system regardless of previous experience or success

Applicants should be prepared to discuss actual production numbers, sales goals, close rates, and previous performance during the interview process.

Who This Position Is For

This opportunity is intended for an insurance producer who can confidently say:

"I have already proven that I can produce at a high level. Give me the opportunity, leads, systems, and compensation, and I will deliver."

We are willing to invest heavily in the right producer. In return, we expect performance that justifies that investment.

If you are currently an average producer looking for a higher guaranteed salary, this position will likely not be the right fit.

If you are a proven top performer who wants to be compensated accordingly—and you're confident enough in your abilities to be held to a higher standard, we want to talk to you.

Compensation & Benefits
  1. Above-market base salary for a proven producer
  2. Competitive commission structure in addition to base salary
  3. All leads are provided by the agency - no cold prospecting or purchasing your own leads
  4. Consistent lead flow designed to give high-performing producers plenty of opportunities to sell
  5. Proven agency sales processes, scripts, and systems
  6. CRM, dialer, technology, and sales tools provided
  7. Significant income opportunity for high performers
  8. Ongoing coaching and professional development
  9. Supportive, competitive team environment
  10. Opportunity to earn based on results without sacrificing the security of a strong base salary

We provide the leads. We provide the systems. We provide the tools. Your responsibility is to execute, sell, and produce at a high level.

Compensation will be based on demonstrated experience and verifiable previous production. This is a performance-driven position, and the higher guaranteed compensation reflects the level of experience and production expected from the person we hire.
