Reports To: Plant Manager

Job Type: Union

Amount of Travel Required: Minimal

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, On call after hours, weekends and holidays on rotation basis

Positions Supervised: None

POSITION SUMMARY

Entry level position. Learning to install, maintain and repair various coffee related equipment. .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Installs, maintains and repairs all necessary equipment on customer’s location or as directed.
  • Maintains company vehicle and parts inventory in company vehicle as assigned.
  • Works with all parties to meet the quality standards set forth by Hawaii Coffee Company.
  • Maintains company equipment and parts inventory at company warehouse location as assigned.
  • Keep a current record of staff member’s whereabouts and availability.

Other Functions:

Performs other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Experience: Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Electronics, Electrical and Plumbing.

Must has valid driver’s license and good driving abstract.

Education: Certificate of Completion from Electronics/Electrical Trade School. Military training will be reviewed to see if it qualifies. Automotive Technicians Trade School training will also be reviewed.

Computer Skills: Moderate. Newer equipment utilizes laptop to program and repair. Will train due to specialized programs used.

Language: Well-developed verbal and written English communication skills.
