The Assembler (2ND SHIFT) is responsible for producing high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell, working under close supervision. This role involves assembly, repair, and test operations on medical catheters, pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies, following strict compliance, quality, and safety standards in an FDA-regulated environment. The position requires precise manual dexterity, adherence to cleanroom protocols, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure traceability and product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical devices according to standardized procedures
  • Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and quality standards
  • Communicate clearly about ideas, problems, and solutions within the team
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols on site
