Job description

Entry-Level Assembly Technician 

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 



Overview 

Triple B Concepts is looking for motivated individuals to join our production team as Entry-Level Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on assembly of high-quality cable harnesses used in various industries. 


No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive, on-the-job training for candidates who have a strong work ethic, a steady hand, and an eye for detail. 


Key Responsibilities 

Wire Prep: Use automated machines to cut, strip and measure wires 

Assembly: Build cable harnesses and wire assemblies according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. 

Routing: Lay out wires on assembly boards (harness boards) following specific color-coded paths.

Termination: Use Automated machines & basic hand tools to strip wires, crimp terminal, and apply connectors. 

Quality Control: Visually inspect components and finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards. 

Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety protocols. 


Qualifications 

No Experience Necessary: We will teach you everything you need to know. 

Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with small parts and hand tools comfortably. 

Color Vision: Ability to distinguish between different wire colors is essential for accuracy.

Reliability: Consistent attendance for the 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM shift. 

Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a production environment. 


Physical Requirements 

● Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during the shift. 

● Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands and wrists. 

● Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.
