Starting a career as a Showing Agent or Showing Partner provides a fulfilling and sustainable opportunity in the real estate industry. This position enables you to increase your earnings while maintaining a flexible schedule that promotes a balanced lifestyle.
The Showing Partner, also referred to as the Showing Assistant, plays an essential role in supporting the buyer's agent by coordinating and conducting professional home showings for clients. This role often involves collaborating closely with a busy buyer's agent or team. During the initial meeting, the Showing Partner engages with buyers to thoroughly understand their home preferences and purchasing objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Consult with home buyers, educate them and prepare a home search strategy
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Manage contract and the process and ensure a smooth close
  • Negotiate property sale between buyer and seller
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Work closely with you administrative support
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
Qualifications
  • Personable, optimistic, and eager to learn
  • Dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Highly available and adaptable to meet Buyer schedules
  • Proven success in customer service or a related real estate field
  • Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achievement
  • Must hold a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before client interactions (inquire about our FREE real estate school!)
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius of Wilmington, zip code 19803
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
