Job description

Are you looking to become an HVAC technician? Calvert is hiring for an entry level technician to assist our field technicians in Wilmington Delaware while simultaneously gaining & growing the knowledge & experience commercial Roof Top units, split systems, and ductless splits. This entry-level HVAC position earns a competitive wage of  $20 - $22 per hour depending on ability and experience.

Qualifications
This position is responsible assisting Lead Technicians on routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and service work for commercial HVAC Units. As an HVAC  Team Member, you can expect to work during the day shift, Mon - Fri with possible overtime during our peak seasons including Saturdays in peak seasons.
*Ability to learn about and distinguish different HVAC parts, while learning and honing repair and service skills.
*A drive to grow as a technician in ability 
*Desire to learn and become proficient in HVAC knowledge and skill
