The Showing Partner, also known as the Showing Assistant, is a vital team member who assists the buyer's agent by organizing and conducting professional home tours for clients. This position typically involves close collaboration with a busy buyer's agent or team. At the initial meeting, the Showing Partner connects with buyers to gain a deep understanding of their home preferences and purchasing goals.
Responsibilities
  • Consult with home buyers, educate them and prepare a home search strategy
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Manage contract and the process and ensure a smooth close
  • Negotiate property sale between buyer and seller
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Work closely with you administrative support
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
Qualifications

  • Dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license
