We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level CAD Programmer who is eager to learn, contribute, and build a future in manufacturing. If you have an interest in CAD/ Solidworks software and want to work in a shop that values quality, teamwork, and professional growth, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create and update CAD/CAM programs for CNC equipment
  • Work with drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
  • Collaborate with the shop floor team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in optimizing designs to minimize waste and maximize yield
  • Gain hands-on experience with metal fabrication processes

What we're looking for:

  • Basic knowledge of 2D/3D drawing software
  • Familiarity with CAD files, blueprint reading, and Microsoft Office
  • SolidWorks experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Interest in CNC programming (experience is a plus, not required)
  • A positive attitude and reliable attendance - critical for success here
  • Willingness to learn about sheet metal, welding, and fabrication
