Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team for both shifts. This role is ideal for candidates looking for weekend work with steady hours. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machines, performing quality inspections, and completing daily maintenance to ensure safe and efficient production. All employees begin in the Metal Finishing Room during initial evaluation period and transition based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines with a basic knowledge of CNC controls
  • Load and unload materials to and from machines using various hand tools
  • Perform in-process inspections while machines are running using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and similar tools
  • Adjust tool offsets according to inspection results
  • Replace cutting tools as needed
  • Perform daily maintenance, including cleaning machines and work areas
  • Monitor and refill cutting fluid and machine oil
  • Run multiple machines when required

Schedule

  • Primarily weekend positions
  • Additional weekday hours may be available based on production needs
