We're hiring CNC Machine Operators to join our machining team.

You'll operate CNC machining centers, including Mazak equipment, perform basic changeovers and adjustments, inspect finished parts, and monitor automated equipment to ensure consistent production and quality.
You'll join a modern manufacturing environment with a dedicated onsite training center and a clear opportunity to advance into higher-level CNC machining positions within your first year as you develop your setup, programming, and troubleshooting skills.

  • CNC Machine Operation: Operate CNC mills, lathes, and Mazak machining equipment.

  • Part Loading: Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials.
  • Basic Changeovers: Assist with or perform routine tooling and job changeovers.
  • Machine Adjustments: Make basic offset and machine adjustments to maintain part quality.
  • Quality Inspection: Check finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
  • Blueprint Reading: Follow prints, dimensions, work instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify basic machining or quality problems and escalate more complex issues when needed.
  • Automation Support: Monitor automated machining cells and robotic equipment.
  • Production Standards: Maintain safety, quality, and production expectations throughout the shift.

Qualifications
Required
  • 1+ years of CNC machine operation or related machining experience
  • Experience loading, running, and monitoring CNC equipment
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and manufacturing drawings
  • Experience using basic precision measuring tools
  • Comfortable making basic machine or offset adjustments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to quality

Preferred
  • Experience operating Mazak CNC equipment
  • CNC setup or changeover experience
  • Familiarity with G-code or CNC programs
  • Basic GD&T knowledge
