Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Range: $21+/hour
Shift:
- 2nd: M-F, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- 3rd: M-F, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
- 4th: F-Su, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Load and unload parts into CNC machines while ensuring finished parts meet specifications.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to maintain high-quality standards.
- Operate CNC machines safely and responsibly, following all company policies.
- Assist with setup preparations and machine maintenance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of customer orders.

- 2+ years of CNC Machining experience
