Position Summary
As an Entry-Level CNA, you will provide hands-on personal care and daily living support based on each clients individualized care plan. You will work closely with the care team to ensure client comfort, safety, and well-being in a home setting.
Requirements
  • Active CNA Certification

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • New CNAs welcome to apply
Responsibilities
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation

  • Help with meals, feeding, and daily living activities

  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition
  • Assist with medication reminders and basic documentation
