Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help manage client relationships, support event marketing campaigns, coordinate project details, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, feedback, and ongoing account needs.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing event marketing campaigns that align with client goals and brand objectives.
  • Help develop client-facing materials, including proposals, presentations, campaign reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage client accounts and project details while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide clients with regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support event logistics and on-site coordination , including venue setup, inventory management, promotional materials, and event-day activities.
  • Maintain organized client records, project timelines, and campaign documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive, professional, and solutions-focused support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay informed about event marketing trends, consumer engagement strategies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications amp; Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management , or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Passion for marketing, events, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the event marketing industry.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, events, sales, or client relations is a plus.
