Job description

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Relations Associate to join our expanding event marketing team. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals interested in customer service, client relations, event marketing, public relations, brand promotions, and community outreach.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will interact directly with customers and clients during live promotional events and community campaigns. Your primary focus will be building strong customer relationships, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting successful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No prior experience is required — paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
  • Represent client brands at promotional events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns
  • Assist customers by providing product, service, and campaign information
  • Support event setup, coordination, and on-site event execution
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event operations
