Join the U.S. Army as a Financial Management Technician and learn to manage financial operations, budgeting, and accounting for military units. This role supports the Armyโ€™s mission by overseeing pay, auditing, banking, and financial advising.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Manage resources, budgeting, and financial operations.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations for unit purchases.
  • Oversee military pay and services with commercial vendors.
  • Perform auditing, accounting, and banking operations.
  • Handle U.S. and foreign currency transactions.
Training:
  • 10 weeks Basic Combat Training.
  • 9 weeks Advanced Individual Training focused on accounting and budget systems.
  • Classroom and hands-on learning in financial management principles.
