Job description

Classic Toyota, in Mentor, Ohio , is seeking to add a part-time Service Clerical Support representative to its Service department team.

The Service Clerical Support representative contacts our recent Service customers as a follow up to ensure complete satisfaction, calls our impending appointments to remind them of their appointed date/time as a courtesy, and contacts our Service customers to inform them of maintenance and/or safety issues that require their attention. This is a phone intensive position. Entry level.

Work hours: Monday-Wednesday 3PM-7PM Saturday from 7AM to 3P.
