What we need:

The Sr Claims Coordinator (Sr Commercial Account Coordinator) is an entry-level contributor that works to solve customer-related problems of limited complexity and scope and performs a variety of administrative assignments to ensure a smooth and efficient claims process, providing an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating claims resolution, and supporting the claims team with administrative tasks.ย 

What you'll do:

  • Assist customers with the submission of claims, guiding them through required documentation and steps.ย 
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work toward satisfactory resolution with empathy and professionalism.ย ย 
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.ย 
  • Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.ย 
  • Coordinate communication with customers and associates.ย 
  • Coordinate the processing of customer claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and that claims are properly categorized and tracked.ย 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure claims are reviewed and processed within company guidelines and timelines.ย 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and customer interactions within the claims management system.ย 
  • Identify patterns and recurring issues in claims processes, recommending areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.ย 
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of claims procedures, providing feedback on ways to improve the customer experience and streamline workflows.ย 
  • Escalate complex claims to the appropriate parties for further investigation or decision-making.ย ย 
  • Perform other duties as needed.ย ย

  • Bachelor's degree in a related fieldย or equivalent education and/or experience.ย ย 
  • 0-2 years' relevant experienceย or equivalent education and/or experience.ย 

What you're good at:

  • Applies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.ย ย 
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.ย 
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.ย
