Remote Claims Processor - Data Entry

This exciting opportunity will require a Claims Processor - Data Entry who can provide a high level of service and attention to their patients. If you are a Claims Processor - Data Entry and you meet the qualifications listed below, please click apply below for consideration. Daily Responsibilities of a Claims Processor - Data Entry:

  • This is an entry-level claims data entry role
  • Will be responsible for scanning, tracking, and processing claims and claims correspondence
  • Will research any claims that come back with errors to see what is incorrect, will correct the information and push through the system
  • Heavy data entry, some research required within electronic records
  • Performance is entirely based on production numbers and attendance
  • Expected to enter 20 claims per hour with 97% accuracy
  • Training is in office, will go to WFH based on performance and metrics being met - no guarantee for WFH

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm Pay: $15/hour Length of Assignment: 6-month contract with opportunity for FTE Location: will be onsite for around a month, then will most likely be moved to working from home, or at least working a hybrid role (depending on performance) Requirements of a Claims Processor - Data Entry:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of experience working in data entry (any setting that requires a good amount of typing)
  • Typing skills! Need to be comfortable with high-volume data entry, Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Ability to WFH - smart phone, high speed internet, private work space
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID
