Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Claims Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day claims operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys administrative work, data entry, and assisting with claim-related processes in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The Claims Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the claims team by assisting with claim processing, documentation, data entry, and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the claims department with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Enter and maintain claim information within internal systems.
  • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with claim updates, adjustments, and follow-up activities.
  • Respond to internal requests and help resolve claim-related inquiries.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records in an organized manner.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as needed.
  • Ensure confidential information is handled in accordance with company policies and HIPAA requirements.
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
