In addition to demonstrating the basic qualifications listed above, applicants must also demonstrate possession of specialized experience. You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level performing duties such as:
  • Applying new information technology security developments to ensure current guidelines are updated accurately.
  • Applying project management principles and methods to gain an overview knowledge of future IT enterprise infrastructure.
  • Processing engineering concepts to comply with organizational standards.
  • Leading implementation activities.
  • Assessing new systems design methodologies to improve software quality.
