Run Top Hat's FIRE Evaluation Process on every job, using diagnostic tools to identify structural, thermal, and code issues
Present homeowners with clear, easy-to-understand options (Good / Better / Best) so they can make an informed decision
Build and manage your own pipeline — follow up persistently and professionally with homeowners who haven't yet said yes
Generate your own leads through referrals, reviews, and word of mouth in your community
Document every job thoroughly and accurately — photos, inspection findings, and proposals — before you leave the property
Show up daily for a 45-minute training and role-play block to keep sharpening your skills
Climb ladders, navigate roof pitches, and work in tight attic and crawlspace environments as part of the job
What We're Looking For
No education or experience required — we'll teach you everything
Comfort using tablets, CRM software, and digital diagnostic tools
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawlspaces, and on rooftops
A competitive drive and willingness to commit to daily training and skill-building
Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide customers through a decision
